Didn't receive my order they then said it was lost and resent with royal mail that was 2 weeks ago still nothing arrived

I have been ordering from Pooch and Mutt since I acquired a puppy just before Christmas. I particularly like their specialist treats. Having shopped on line for dog products over the years, I have to say their customer service is second to none and they thoroughly deserve a 5 star rating.

Phenomenal! Both from a product and service perspective. I have a fussy dachshund and it's the first time I don't have to go to extreme measures to get her to eat dry food. She loves the superfood puppy range. The treats (especially the special, limited edition christmas treats) are an absolute winner as well. The service is second-to-none. I order some dry food late yesterday afternoon (18/01/2022) and it arrived at my door just after 9 this morning. I was blown away. Really love this company!

Having switched my dog over to Pooch and Mutt Calm and Relaxed kibble I have been pleased to have had a couple of good voucher codes recently. 50% via email sign up and then a 40% code via Vodafone mean that my last two purchases of the food have been direct from Pooch and Mutt rather than Amazon or Pets at Home who I might normally buy through.

On both occasions delivery has been fulfilled swiftly with all items correct and sensible packaging, using DPD which is the most reliable delivery operator in my neighbourhood.

So far my dog loves the Calm and Relaxed kibble, the Calming mini bone treats and the meaty treats (we’re just trying the 3 different flavours). Having the good discounts has tempted us to try some of the different products on offer which all seem good quality and nutritionally good.

My only slight niggle is that full priced, the products seem quite pricey (over £3 for a bag of treats). There does always seem to be a discount code around however and I think it is just the usual effort needed to find the best one to bring the food down to an acceptable price.
